The real 1839 Asset Management is NOT a direct lender. We do not ask for any fees, points or any other compensation in promise of financing a real estate transaction.
We have been made aware that the imposters have used the following emails and domains to perpetrate scams, but they may not be limited to just these emails.
The scammers ask borrowers to pay a variety of fees and expenses and use the prospect of a loan as the bait. They will go the extent of requesting for funds via wire to a reginal or national bank or bitcoin wallet.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS
